My Story

With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve built my career on hard work, deep knowledge, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Before becoming a mortgage broker and launching our Nexa Mortgage branch in Wichita, I spent years in retail banking, gaining the skills and insight that allow me to navigate even the most complex transactions. As both a Loan Officer and Operations Manager, I take pride in running a branch that prioritizes efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Outside the office, I’m a husband, a proud father to a newborn baby boy, and the owner of two dogs and a cat. I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, camping, or fishing—and I strive to live an active, healthy lifestyle.

I’m a multifaceted professional known for my attention to detail, willingness to learn, and optimistic outlook. With extensive remote work experience, I’m comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously while keeping communication flowing between clients, lenders, and teammates.

Customer Service:

I believe every client deserves clear communication, honest guidance, and a personalized experience. From the first conversation to the final closing, my focus is on making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I treat every loan as if it were my own, ensuring that clients feel supported, informed, and confident in their decisions. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships through trust, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping people succeed.

Administrative:

In my role as Operations Manager, I oversee the systems and processes that keep our branch running seamlessly. From coordinating files and managing compliance to ensuring deadlines are met, I bring organization and attention to detail to every task. My goal is to remove bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and create an environment where our team can focus on what matters most—serving our clients.

Mathematical & Analytical:

Mortgages are more than just numbers, but the numbers matter—a lot. My background has equipped me with strong mathematical and analytical skills that allow me to assess complex scenarios, find creative solutions, and ensure my clients get the best possible terms. Whether it’s calculating payment options, analyzing interest rate trends, or structuring unique loan packages, I approach every deal with precision and a data-driven mindset.
